The Parramatta playmaker is likely out for the rest of the season after suffering the arm injury in the late stages of Wednesday's series-deciding victory at Suncorp Stadium.
Moses won a third-straight Origin in his fifth appearance for the Blues, becoming just the third NSW halfback to win a decider in Brisbane.
He finished the game on the sidelines clutching his right arm and indicating he had ruptured the muscle - a prognosis later confirmed in the dressing room - after earlier breaking the line to score the match-sealing try.

A complete tendon rupture requires surgery and a three-to-four month recovery window, ruling him out of the remainder of the Eels (16th, 4-13) NRL campaign.
"I'd spoken to Mitch prior to the series - you get to know them - I do like Mitch and his personality," Blues coach Michael Maguire said.
"It suits the arena; you've got to have a lot of confidence about your own game.
"That's what he brought to the game, and his kick is very handy.
"That's what Origin is about ... and it was really nice to see him break the game open there.
"He was patient; the game was a dog fight and it was going to be a moment that opened the game up and Mitch found that."
