Nominations range from an 'ASMR garlic bread' video viewed more than 84 million times, to parodies of the Kardashian family and a suburban Melbourne garage party.
While many nominees are people who found fame through the app, high profile Aussies have also found new audiences through the platform.
One of those is AFL player Christian Petracca, whose cooking and lifestyle videos have earned him a Sport Creator of the Year nomination alongside Australia's women's soccer team, the Matildas, and rugby player Kennedy Cherrington.
Meanwhile global pop icon Kylie Minogue is up for Music Act of the Year after launching back up the charts in 2023 with her hit Padam Padam.
The winners by public vote will be announced at the awards on December 6 at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion.
Hosting the evening are media personality Abbie Chatfield, ABC News Breakfast presenter Tony Armstrong and 2022 TikTok Creator of the Year Kat Clark.
International creators have jetted in for the awards, including American Chris Olsen whose video of his trip to Sydney has racked up 18 million views on the app.
Meanwhile viral British trainspotter Francis Bourgeois made Transport for NSW's Facebook page as he checked out the Sydney Metro ahead of the awards.
The short-form video app is used by more than 8.5 million Aussies, according to TikTok.
The awards will be live on the app at @tiktok_australia from 7pm AEDT and available to stream on BINGE from December 10.
