Police have charged nine people after a series of search warrants turned up luxury handbags, swords, explosives, firearms, illicit drugs and more than $750,000 in cash.

Officers believe those charged are part of an organised crime syndicate that allegedly distribute commercial quantities of heroin and meth in Melbourne.
Police said they've caught the group's alleged leader in the raids that were conducted between February 24 and July 17.
A laboratory in Sunshine North, allegedly used for drug production, was dismantled by police.
The raids also seized a a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLC63 and a 2018 Porsche Macan from the alleged gang members.
