The grey coloured sack was sold online by Bubpods for the past 18 months.
The sack has a small, weighted, cloud-shaped patch on the front which poses a compression or suffocation risk.
"Weighted sleepwear can restrict an infant's chest and abdominal movement, which increases the risk of suffocation," the recall notice states.
"Weighted products can also limit an infant's movements. For example, if an infant rolled onto its stomach it may not be able to roll back over."
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) said the safe infant sleeping guide discourages use of weighted swaddles and sleepwear.
This recall includes sleep sacks in small, medium and large sizes.
