The Gunnedah boxer holds is undefeated in the last 12 months with four wins to his name.
He holds the International Boxing Organization International Super Welterweight Title and is now chasing the vacant IBO World Super Welterweight title.
"We've applied for an IBO world title so fingers crossed that gets over the line," Ryan said.
Ryan said "hopefully" that bout would happen around March next year and if it wasn't a title fight then "definitely a world title eliminator", Ryan said.
"We're slowly working upwards and hopefully we get that shot at the IBO world title."
The 31-year-old won via unanimous decision, defending his IBO title in the process.
Ryan told Australian Community Media he came away from the fight in good nick.
"A little bit stiff and sore but everything pulled up good," Ryan said.
"It was good to get a good fight and a good win against a highly ranked international opponent.
"It's put us in good stead for next year."
While nothing is locked in yet, Ryan is also hopeful the title fight can be staged in Australia.
"I think the talk is to get it here in Australia on a No Limit show. All going well, fingers crossed, we get it over the line and have it here in Australia," he said.
