The Helloworld travel agency on Peel Street is now home to Australia's most reliable co-worker, Trish Lynn.
Despite experiencing the toughest 18 months of her career when COVID-19 hit the tourism industry, Ms Lynn has taken out the title of Reflex's Reliable Co-Worker award.
Alongside her husband and co-owner of the 25-year business, Ms Lynn said the pair made a pact to be in the office everyday at 8:30am, lights on, and ready to look after their customers who were impacted by the pandemic.
"It's been very challenging, sometimes you think 'is there a light at the end of the tunnel?'" Ms Lynn said.

"We're here everyday to look out for our clients and look after them."
Ms Lynn said seeing her booming business evaporate overnight was incredibly disheartening, but instead of giving up she adopted a 'take one day at a time' approach.
"We tried to walk in other peoples shoes," she said.
"If I had paid money for a holiday and then the doors were closed and the lights were off I'd be wondering about my files."
Ms Lynn's positive attitude did not go unnoticed and inspired her colleague Emily Crockett to nominate the committed travel agent for the national award.
"Every single day during the thick of COVID, Trish was in the office at 8.30am, lights and uniform on, with a smile on her face," Ms Crockett said.
"When all other shops had closed their doors, Trish was there working hard for her clients for absolutely no income.
"If you ever needed to rely on anyone to be there when you really need them, it's Trish."
Despite beating 10,000 people around the country to be crowned most reliable, Ms Lynn said she was humbled by the achievement.
"I don't think I do anything special," she said.
The travel enthusiast said while she would have loved to go to France to celebrate, a good bottle of French champagne would do the job.
