The under 13s Tamworth Blue player now has three centuries from five matches this season with the last being the biggest.
McMaster smashed 174 runs against Armidale which included a massive partnership with Oliver Burrows who also tonned up.
The pair combined for 312 runs with Burrows scoring 112.
Tamworth Blue finished their 40 overs at 3-331.
In reply, Armidale's top order starting strongly with Luke Whitty (51) top-scoring.
Armidale scored runs at a fast rate but ran out of wickets to finish all out on 239 after 32.5 overs.
Burrows also backed up his batting effort with 4-28 off seven overs.
There was a bunch of other player milestones achieved in other matches on the weekend including: Aiden Gibson (Coalfields): figures of 5-40, Will Parkinson (Maitland Maroon): 86 runs, Max Judd (Tamworth Gold), 76 runs, Keaton Walters (Gunnedah): 66 runs and Jordan Lewington (Tamworth Blue): 52 not out.
