The Tamworth Swans captain took out the 2021 Dean Finlay Trophy (men's player's player award) and the Damien Wendt Trophy (men's best and fairest player) with the B&F award coming by a big margin.
Cruickshank polled 55 votes while the runner-up was Jack Richards, who picked up 27 points, and third was the 2021 Gillies Medal winner Liam Dunn on 25.
Cruickshank joins an outstanding list of players to win the best and fairest award, many who Cruickshank has played with since joining the club four years ago including three-time winner Ed George
"To join him up there is great," Cruickshank said of George.
"There's Gav Knee, Damien Wendt, Lochie Rowling - all club legends. So to say you won one is a good thrill. Something to write home about - the parents should be proud.
He added: "It's a great honour, to win it for such a great club - one I've been part of for now four years. It feels really good to win... to be recognised by your peers."
The Swans kicked off pre-season training last week and Cruickshank is ready to lead the Tamworth side into battle next season. If all goes to plan, he'll finally register his 50th game in round one.
He was set to bring up the milestone in the 2020 major semi-final against the Tamworth Kangaroos before covid ended the season.
"Hopefully in round one we'll have a good opening season celebration and a good 50th. It'll be fun to get back out there with the boys," Cruickshank said.
