That's how much he rates the forward and loves the way he plays.
Millar's teammates also have a high opinion of the prop after he picked up the Kangaroos first grade player's player award on the weekend to go along with his best and fairest title.
Rampling couldn't have spoken more highly of Millar after the Kangaroo claimed the awards.
"I think every week he was our forward leader and he was one of our best, but I think he's one of the best forwards in the competition, to be honest," Rampling said.
"I certainly wouldn't replace him with anyone else, put it that way."
Millar's influence extended beyond the field at Boggabri.
Not only was he known for his hard, damaging runs on the field but Rampling said he was a great clubman as well.
"He's an all round top bloke and I think people just want to play with him because he's got that aura about him," Rampling said.
"He's quality on the field but he's just as much quality off it."

The Boggabri Kangaroos held their presentation on Saturday.
Not only was it a great chance to catch up, it gave Rampling and idea of what he'd be working with for the 2022 season.
"Most of the guys are back on board which is great," the coach said.
"All the boys were asking when pre-season starts so they seem pretty keen.
"I think the one we may lose is Aaron Hobden - he's going travelling - but at this stage I think everyone's on board. I haven't been told any different anyway.
"It's great to have that continuity amongst the boys and hopefully we can bring in two or three extra bodies to help us out."
While Rampling would love to snag a couple more players, if that doesn't that'd be all good as well, with Millar and the rest keen to press forward.
"Nick Millar is a massive part of our club but there's 16 other blokes that take the field as well and I'm so delighted with where we're going and what we're trying to achieve," he said.
