While the division one and two matches scheduled for Tamworth were called off on Monday, the division three games in Quirindi went ahead in the form of Twenty20 double headers.
Quirindi cricketers had the covers on the pitches over the weekend which allowed the games to go ahead.
Weather permitting, the division one and two matches scheduled for Monday will now be played on Wednesday while Tuesday's matches will be Twenty20 double headers at Moore Creek, Nemingah, Kingswood and Goonoo Goonoo.
Sunday's rain wreaked havoc in representative cricket matches as well.
The Central North Cricket Zone junior matches - in the 13s, 15s and 17s - were all called off.
Connolly Cup matches, which were also scheduled to be played on Sunday, were washed out.
