The NSW north east based company took out the prize for world's best fillet, rib eye, and grain fed steak at the annual World Steak Challenge, held in Dublin, Ireland.
But while they might like their steak rare, the achievement is anything but, with the business being rated world's best since 2015.
They may have been up against the best in the world, but didn't stop this local family owned and operated business from taking out top spot.

Jack's Creek managing director Patrick Warmoll said taking out three categories at the World Steak Challenge was a testament to the company's passion for premium beef and their "no corners cut approach". "We live and breathe it," he said.
Specialising in a succulent and sweet Angus and Wagyu beef cross, the local entry stood out from it's multinational competitors, but Mr Warmoll said the secret was consistency and commitment.
With the competition called off last year and the industry grappling with COVID-19, Mr Warmoll said he was incredibly proud of the Jack's Creek team.
