The state's population aged over 12 years is now 87 per cent fully vaccinated.
There are 378 COVID-19 patients in hospital with 78 active in ICU, 71 cleared in ICU and 48 ventilated.
There were 48,104 tests done in the past 24 hours while 5030 vaccinations were delivered at state-run clinics yesterday.
There have been 4,771,734 vaccinations given in total.
Victoria has 17,518 active COVID-19 cases across the state.
