Cheryl Lantry, Off the Track NSW's president, said horse owners were "desperate to get out there and compete".
"So therefore, as requested by many, we have opened up the competition by holding an open show jumping ring for all breeds of horses, and also an all-breeds hack show," she said of the finals, which will be held on Saturday and Sunday.

Lantry said that by the end of the month, Off the Track NSW would offer a number of classes for retired Gunnedah thoroughbreds.
The organisation, she said, "aims to help" retired racehorses segue "into different disciplines by driving demand for thoroughbreds as performance and pleasure horses".
By "showcasing the breed", she continued, it was hoped that the "horse-minded community" would be made aware of the breed's versatility.
Lantry said that in order for events featuring former racehorses to grow, Off the Track NSW had introduced numerous classes for the horses that enabled them to compete against one another in their new chosen discipline.
The ultimate goal, she added, was to successfully transition thoroughbreds "to a new life away from the racetrack".
