Zone 5 deputy chief instructor Jude Alston announced on Wednesday that the NSW Hub for the Pony Club Nationals will be held at the clubs grounds at Moonbi on November 6 and 7.
The first time the region has hosted the nationals in any form, Alston said it is "very exciting news".

It is also welcome news for the Zone 5 members that were selected back in August to represent NSW, after it looked like they were going to miss out on their chance to compete at the nationals.
Held biennially, the 2021 event was originally set to be staged at Benalla in Victoria from September 26 to October 2, but COVID and border restrictions meant organisers had to come up with a contingency plan.
They decided to stage hub events in each of the different states.
The riders will compete across the disciplines of showjumping, mounted games, pentathlon and combined training, which is replacing eventing, with the quiz and dressage components having already been held virtually.
The events will be staged over identical courses and all be videoed so as to compare against the other states.
It will be the second major event the Kootingal club has held this year after hosting the State Jumping Equitation Championships back in May.
Kerridge was selected to represent in the eventing, Haling the tetrathlon, U'ren the tetrathlon and showjumping and Henry the showjumping and quiz.
She has already competed in that while Gunnedah's Jessica Swain performed in the dressage.
