Sip between a single leg circle and taste the crispness with a strengthened core led by The Phys and The Physio founders Natalie Lambeth and Jessica Walker.
The pair have a special interest in women's health and started their business to to address difficulties rural and regional women have with access.
"The idea was to get that physical health aspect into the pub scene where there's always a lot of things for guys with the sports bar and racing that women might not be into," Ms Lambeth said.
"It's somewhere where women can find that social connection and it's something different."
Both Ms Lambeth and Ms Walker are passionate about women's health and have submitted their new post-natal health program to the Buy from the Bush Big Break competition.
The competition encourages rural businesses and entrepreneurs to pitch an idea that delivers a positive impact in the community.
"We wanted to bridge that access to quality healthcare and professionals, we provide full online access to healthcare for women in regional, rural and remote areas," Ms Lambeth said.
"We provide physio in terms of immediate post-natal rehab - women will travel for the really important things like surgery and post-operative care but there's less of a focus on things like strength, posture, incontinence, lymphedema or scarring due to breast cancer surgery.
"We provide that gap where there's exercise post-surgery to regain strength, posture, mobility, the pelvic floor and core at home with their bubs."
Let's Get Fizzical is a new avenue for the women, who are excited to teach pilates classes for free at an unconventional venue.

Those who want to go along will need to bring a mat and be prepared to crack a sweat, Ms Lambeth said.
"It will be suitable for beginners or people who are more advanced," she said.
"Pilates differs to yoga in that its more focused on core, control, stability and strength; there's a little bit more resistance so its more of a workout.
"You will definitely sweat and feel the burn."
Classes are on Wednesdays at The Courthouse Hotel from 5:30pm. Book on the Fit2Function app.
