As it is for all sports at the moment it is a waiting game - as president Ross White put it, they are a bit like a jet airplane circling the tarmac waiting to be given permission to land - but while they wait they are trying to do as much preparation as they can, so that when community sport is permitted to return, they are ready to dive straight in.
Things like cleaning out and organising their shed and gear, which is what Sunday's working bee is for, and organising competition convenors and rules.
Fortunately they can now resume training in up to groups of 20, and after the school holidays will look to start getting their rep programs underway.

They have an idea of how the rep season will look with Water Polo NSW releasing a proposed calendar of events. That will though be reviewed pending COVID lockdowns and restrictions.
As things stand the first carnival is slated for October 30-31, and will be an under-12s development carnival.
The big carnivals like the Country Clubs (opens and juniors) and state championships aren't scheduled until the new year.
As far as the local season, White said it will be similar to last season with the association running junior girls and boys, flippaball, splashball and open's mens and women's competitions.
"We've got all our times that we've put into council," he said.
"We're just waiting for the public health order to come out."
"We can't really do much until then."
They are also waiting for the pool to open, which is expected to be some time early next month.
Sunday's working bee at Scully pool will run from 9am-12pm.
