The vaccination locations will be run by the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) in conjunction with the Tamworth Aboriginal Medical Service (TAMS).
A follow up clinic will be run in each location three weeks later.
The RFDS confirmed anyone over 12 years old can line up for a jab with no bookings needed, and asked locals to bring their Medicare cards and masks.
Those without a Medicare card can bring their Visa paperwork.
Social distancing and check in will be mandatory.
The RFDS also recommended bringing a hat, sunglasses, water, umbrella and a chair to sit on if needed due to the possibility of wait times.
The clinics mark the first time a mass Pfizer walk in clinic has been held in the Tamworth region.
The RFDS held a three-day Pfizer vaccination service in Gunnedah earlier this week and has also visited Mullaley and Curlewis.
Locals in Werris Creek and Quirindi can get vaccinated at pop up clinics this weekend on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
