In Gunnedah on Friday, Minister for Education Sarah Mitchell announced all HSC students will get the opportunity to complete their studies with every exam to go ahead from November 9, 2021.
A revised timetable was sent out by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), with 110 exams set to take place over 19 days, starting with English and finishing with Food Technology on December 3.
Ms Mitchell said it's been an extremely "challenging time" for the class of 2021.
"We know it's been very hard to study for your exams while you've been learning from home," she said.
"However, the consistent message I'm hearing from our Year 12 students is - they want certainty.
"They want to know when the exams are going ahead and they want that timetable, so I'm so pleased that has been released."
Calrossy Anglican School Year 12 student Mia Thompson said the timetable being released will provide students with some peace of mind.
"It definitely provides a lot more clarity and I think we were excited to have it set in stone so we knew what the future would look like," she said.
"It's nice to know that all the exams are going ahead and all the rumours had been put to bed now."
She also believes the certainty will help students create a study road map ahead of the exams.

In contrast to previous years, students will receive their ATARS before their individual HSC results.
ATARs will be released on January 20, 2022, and HSC results on January 24, with ATARs brought forward to meet individual timelines for university offers to be made, Ms Mitchell said.
She said delaying the HSC until November would provide the opportunity for more students to be vaccinated before exams begin.
All exams supervisors will need to be fully vaccinated.
"I'm really encouraging any Year 12 student at the moment to please go online and take those opportunities that exist in your local communities, speak to your GPs and make sure you take up that wonderful opportunity to be vaccinated," she said.
"We will continue to work with Health on what we can do to improve access to vaccinations between now and November for those students."
The full HSC timetable is available on the NESA website.
