HealthWISE paired up with businesses to offer brews across the region as an initiative for the mental health awareness day this year, in an effort to support local cafes and reach out to customers amid COVID-19.
"With the additional pressures COVID-19 has placed on communities, families and individuals, looking out for one another is more important than ever," HealthWISE mental health team leader Tanya Hague said.

Bendemeer's Beez Kneez Cafe owner Tiarni Heemskerk said she was thrilled to take part.
"It's a great initiative to get out into the local community services that are available to people that maybe need a little chat or a bit more attention or help with coping with life," she said.
Ms Hague said RUOK? Day was about taking action and engaging by asking colleagues, friends or family the simple question of "are you okay?".
She reminded people listening is important but extra support should be sought if needed.
