Tamworth trainer Troy O'Neile is hoping for "a bit of luck" at the Scone Race Club when his galloper Eighth Immortal goes around in a Class 2 Handicap (1100m).

The racing pattern of the gelding, who'll jump from barrier 10, will likely see Eighth Immortal have a wall of horses in front of him down the straight.
That's exactly what happened to the seven-year-old, formerly trained by Kris Lees, in his last race in Tamworth on August 22.
"He was very unlucky last start. He just ran into traffic everywhere he went," O'Neile said on Monday.
"He went to the line hard held because he couldn't find a way through but, hoping with the longer straight tomorrow [Tuesday], he'll be able to weave a bit more of a passage through when he needs to."
Eighth Immortal is long odds in the race, $71 on TAB, while Brett Cavanough's Street Power was holding favourtism, $3.30 on TAB, on Monday.
There's seven races at Scone on Tuesday with the first kicking off at 1.20pm.
The track is rated a soft 7 as of midday on Monday.
