Thomas Morley, 19, and Steven John Howard, 32, were both refused bail at Moree Local Court on Tuesday.
Police allege the pair were involved in a suspicious fire that destroyed a home at Bullarah.
New England Police District officers claim to have seized a number of firearms, 4000 rounds of ammunition and two cars that were allegedly stolen from the property before it burned down.
About 3pm on Monday, officers found Howard at a vacant industrial shed on the corner of Gosport and Thompson streets at Moree.
He was taken to Moree Police Station and charged with two counts of supplying a firearm to a person unauthorised to possess it; supply ammunition to an unauthorised person; receiving or disposing of stolen property. He has not entered any pleas.
