With lockdowns and regionalised racing, the afternoon meeting will comprise of fields with only North West-trained horses.
Varga is looking forward to the eight-race program with the trainer-reinsman being booked for seven drives.
"I have nearly a full book of drives which is good to see. COVID restrictions have certainly restricted the driving ranks," Varga, who heads into the meeting after driving a winning double at Tamworth week, said.
"I think the COVID restrictions are a blessing for locals as all the money is staying in town.
"Between our local racing precinct of Tamworth, Armidale and Narrabri, we can still produce a strong race meeting."

Navua Girl, who Varga races along with his partner Denna Burns, will be looking for back-to-back wins for the stable after last week's breakthrough win.
"She has been a long time knocking on the door for a win," Varga said of the five-year-old mare.
"Luck came our way in last week's run and we landed in the one by one."
Navua Girl will commence from the one barrier in the running of the Mates 4 Harness Pace over 1980 metres on Thursday afternoon.
"I am happy we have drawn the one barrier," Varga, who has one runner on the radar in the race as a main danger, added.
"Ken Natty's horse has drawn the two barrier and he has been knocking on the door for a win as well.
"Ken has got him [Diesel Don] racing well and I see him as a main danger in the race.
Diesel Don will be driven by inform reinswoman Jemma Coney.
Varga will also back up again behind the Tony Missen-trained The Narrator, in the hope of a repeat performance of last week.
The Narrator secured a win by a head over Tralee Rocks who was looking for three wins on the trot.
"It was a catch drive last week and Tony has offered me the drive again this week," he said.
Varga will also fulfil driving engagements for the Ernie Mabbott stables when he sits behind Pats Pride in the opening event and Sundowner Shannon in the PeterMac Photography Pace.
The remaining drives for Varga will be for the Jarred Hetherington stables behind The Agenes and Blissfull Identity for the Michael Finlay stables.
With the birth of his son Blaze five months ago life has been busy and Varga only has time for four horses in work with his father John and relies on his young extended family to help around the stables.
"I have to say a big thanks to all my little stable hands at home - Elle and Tommy. Without them and Denna helping out it would be a bit too much to handle on my own," Varga, who fits the horses in around work as a mechanic in the family business Johns Auto Service, said.
