Donald Sullivan, 19, had his case called in Tamworth Local Court earlier this week when a hearing date was confirmed for a string of property crime allegations.
Magistrate Julie Soars set aside an hour in early December to hear the case.

The police allege that Sullivan broke into a caravan while it was parked at a Peel Street site on the evening of July 2, and stole a set of car keys and other goods. Police allege he then stole a Hyundai SUV, which was later found burnt out.
A witness claims to have seen the car travelling on a South Tamworth street the next morning before reporting smoke rising from the area and a man walking away, police said.
Officers combed the scene and allegedly chased Sullivan down on foot, before he was arrested a short time later.
Police allege a stolen bank card, as well as methylamphetamine and a pocketknife were seized during a search of the young man.
Sullivan will face a string of charges at the hearing, including break, enter and steal; steal a motor vehicle; damage property by fire worth more than $15,000; possess a prohibited drug; custody of a knife in a public place; larceny; be carried in a vehicle without the consent of the owner; and goods in custody suspected of being stolen.
Court documents show he has not formally entered pleas.
The case was adjourned.
