Staff at Tamworth Family Support Service (TFSS) and Coledale Community Hub want to know if the public are experiencing hardships, and can offer anything from a friendly chat or delivery of essential items.
Community development worker Rebecca Butler said stay at home orders are making it harder for the service to reach its normal clientele.
"We do a lot of face-to-face and walk-ins throughout our hub, so what we're trying to do is reach not only our regular community in Coledale, but the broader Tamworth LGA," she said.
TFSS can touch base with weekly phone calls, and can also make information referrals over the phone to link vulnerable locals to homelessness, financial or domestic violence services.
They can also send out support packs for families with children studying at home during lockdown.

"But we also realise that it's quite lonely, a lot of people don't have friends or family within their households so they could be at home alone. So we're offering just a general chat over the phone," Ms Butler added.
"If anyone is stuck in isolation and can't get out, and may not have the opportunity to access online ordering, they can give us a call and we can see what we can do and what we can gather.
"We can go and get their essentials, whether it be bread and milk, or anything really."
