Sam Fricker
Diver Sam Fricker has been keeping his 1.1million TikTok followers updated on his quarantine journey after he touched down in Darwin on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old gave a tour of his room in one video, where he showed off his bed, desk and fridge.
"Here's my bed, it's not made out of cardboard, it's actually really comfortable," Fricker said in the video, referencing the infamous cardboard beds for athletes at the Tokyo Games.
He also showed the porch in front of his room but explained athletes are not allowed to cross the line into their neighbour's territory.
"You can go outside but do not cross that line no matter what you do," Fricker said.
"Other than that, we can talk to each other from different apartments. We do have to wear our masks outside.
"I come here, do my work on my computer in the sun. It's actually really nice and safe."
Fricker said he has been passing the time by playing online games with his friends on his PlayStation 4.
"I brought my PS4 all the way to Tokyo just so I could use it in this lockdown," he said.
Emily Seebohm
Swimmer Emily Seebohm, 29, celebrated reaching the half-way mark of her quarantine on Tuesday after arriving in Howard Springs last week.
"We are officially half way - we have one week to go, which is so exciting," she said in a TikTok video.
"We can't wait to be with our family and with our friends and seeing people."
Seebohm also showed what she ate in a day during quarantine in a separate video.
Breakfast was comprised of a fruit salad, chia berry pudding and a sweet potato rosti, lunch was a lamb wrap while dinner was salmon.
Meals for other days included a crusty breakfast roll, a chicken pasta salad for lunch and chicken parmigiana for dinner as well as snacks such as muesli bars and fresh fruit.
The swimmer said she and two other athletes work out at the same time on their balconies with exercises such as squats, lunges and push ups.
"This was the workout that we did this afternoon with a couple of the girls. The finisher really got me and I was completely dead by the end," Seebohm said.
