MICHAEL Ian Foxman has had a fresh charge levelled against him after he allegedly resisted police during an incident in Bondi last week.

The former Tamworth publican and owner of the Imperial Hotel has been charged with resisting an officer in the execution of their duty.
Police allege the incident occurred in Bondi on Tuesday morning, between the hours of 10am and 11:30am.

Foxman, 51, did not appear in Waverly Local Court when the case was called last week, but court documents show his defence lawyer did not enter a plea to the single fresh allegation.
Foxman has several other matters before the courts, for which he is on bail to live in Bondi.
Magistrate Carolyn Huntsman relisted a number of Foxman's cases for Waverly Local Court next week, when it is expected his bail will be reviewed.
