The Australian swimmer, 29, posted a video of her arrival at the facility on TikTok where she showed viewers how our athletes are living during quarantine.
The video begins with Seebohm and fellow swimmer Bronte Campbell sitting in Business Class seats on a chartered flight, which touched down in Darwin on Tuesday morning.
Next, the athletes arrived at the Howard Springs quarantine facility, where they were greeted by workers in personal protective equipment (PPE).
The check-in area was decorated with Australian flags, green and gold ribbons and messages such as "welcome home" written in chalk.
"In Darwin, we're finally home in Australia, we're so excited to be here," Seebohm said in the video.
"We've arrived at Howard Springs and they have chalk messages and they've decorated everything for our arrival, which is so, so sweet and makes us feel very welcome."
Seebohm then showed off her room, which included a bed, fridge, desk, chair, bedside cabinet and kettle.
"It's a little basic, just a bed, there's a fridge. I also had a care package from my parents with some goodies, which is so nice," she said. "And this is just my bathroom. We've got our own bathroom, shower, which is really good."

The swimmer also gave a look at the quarantine catering by sharing what she had for breakfast on Wednesday morning.
She had honey roasted granola and yogurt with nuts, coconut, sundried apple and cranberries, which was served in a takeaway container.
"We also had to get COVID tested this morning, which was probably the better COVID test that I've ever had, which was good," Seebohm said.
Lastly, the gold medalist said she was cheering other Aussies on in the open water swimming and skateboarding to pass the time as well as watching Love Island.
In an Instagram Q&A, she said her quarantine routine is yoga in the morning, cardio in the afternoon and tanning in the middle of the day.
Seebohm and more than 100 sport stars flew on a chartered plane before arriving at the Howard Springs quarantine facility on Tuesday, where they will spend the next two weeks.
The swimmer won a gold medal in the Women's 4 x 100m Medley Relay as well as a bronze medal in the Women's 200m Backstroke Final.
