Ryan will put his International Boxing Organisation Super Welterweight title on the line tonight against Troy O'Meley.
The Railway Hotel, a supporter and sponsor of Ryan, will be showing the Tim Tszyu v Stevie Spark card tonight but co-owner Josh Launders said locals mainly wanted to see one thing.
The hotel had between 50-100 patrons on hand to watch Ryan beat Koen Mazoudier.
Launders said the locals will be getting right behind the Gunnedah product again tonight.
"He's a good young bloke. A regular patron, good fella and a good fighter," Launders said.
"He's entertaining, too. It's a good thing to see a fella from a country town do what he's done in the realm of boxing."
The coverage will start at 7pm tonight.
