In the last round, she spearheaded the Bears to a 30-16 win over the Dungowan Cowgirls.
The Bears lead the competition, two points clear of Gunnedah, Kooty and Dungowan, with Resch on top of the try-scoring, point-scoring and best and fairest tables.

Sitting on 17 B&F points, Resch is six points ahead of Gunnedah's Zoe Fleming. Resch also leads Fleming on the point-scoring table.
Resch has 134 points after adding 18 points to her tally against the Cowgirls with two tries and five goals.
Fleming has 82 points after kicking five goals in her side's 48-0 win over Boggabri on the weekend.
Resch has crossed for 15 tries and leads that table by three from Roosters' captain-coach Abby Schmiedel.
Bears coach James Cooper said the 14-point win over Dungowan "wasn't a far reflection of the game".
"Dungowan are a very good side and we've got plenty to work on," he said.
Roosters skipper Abby Schmiedel was delighted with her side's 38-14 win over Werris Creek at Kootingal.

"Played well in patches, too, got a lot of continuity and switched on," Schmiedel said.
Her teammate Carly Redfern crossed for three tries.
"Carly did well, she stepped up in the middle," Schmiedel said.
The Roosters meet the Bears in a huge game at Jack Woolaston Oval this Saturday.
