Fiesta Fusion will bring together flavour, culture and language to celebrate Tamworth's multiculturalism.
Eddie Whitham, who runs Multicultural Tamworth, has been collecting cultures for years - now, he's up to 87 with two more possibly in the pipeline.
"We're going to have one big party right here in the park and we hope to have as many nationalities and people from the town as we can to mix everyone up," he said.
"Enjoy the music, the entertainment and the food and just get together - let's get out of the mess we've been in for the last 12 months.
"We want people to see each other, meet new faces - and not just migrants, new people are coming to Tamworth to live here and it's a work in progress all the time to keep people connected."
Festival-goers can dabble in Persian or Chinese calligraphy, sip on Mexican soup, indulge in some Egyptian delights, or watch Tahitian dancing.
Indian Bollywood dancer Vineesha Veer will perform at the festival and is looking forward to sharing her culture.
"It's great to be able to share some of my culture with everyone in the Tamworth community, it is nice interacting with people from other cultures too, and learning from them," she said.
"I live at the Gold Coast now but have travelled down for this event because it is so much fun to mix with everyone, share experiences, cultures and traditions."
At least 20 nationalities will be represented with more flags expected to join.

The event is free to attend but food may come at a cost, Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) events officer Crystal Vero said.
"I think it's really exciting for everyone to come together at Bicentennial Park, we've had so many local businesses support this event so I hope the community encourages and supports that and are a part of it on Saturday," she said.
"We've really identified that besides food bringing people together, whether at an event or at home, we wanted to do knowledge sharing through workshops, demonstrations and different activities on the day."
Fiesta Fusion is on June 26 at Bicentennial Park from 11am to 3pm.
