A LARGE scale search has been launched to find a man missing from the New England.

Allan Anderson, aged 65, was last seen at his home on Pindari Dam Road, Pindaroi, about 40km north of Inverell about 11am on Wednesday.
He has not been seen since.
New England police were alerted to his disappearance and have launched a large scale search.

Police said investigators and family have concerns for Mr Anderson's welfare due to his medical conditions.
Allan is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, with a slim build.
He has balding grey hair and blue/grey eyes.
Mr Anderson was last seen with a black and tan coloured kelpie with a blue collar called 'Bet'.
Police are now urging anyone who may have seen him, to contact police immediately or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
