Daniel Lee Connors, Trica Tresa Fletcher, Abdul Wasim Kherhhah and Ali Goulzari Anvar were charged by police after $143,000 worth of the drug ice and a $70,000 cash stash were allegedly seized from a car on Aberdeen Street in March.
Connors and Anvar have remained behind bars since their arrest, while co-accused Fletcher and Kherhhah are on strict conditional bail.
The court heard Kherhhah had been granted bail in the NSW Supreme Court after he was denied in Tamworth after his arrest.

All four co-accused have different defence lawyers who appeared in Tamworth Local Court when the matters were mentioned on Wednesday. The only accused to appear was Fletcher, via telephone.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Rob Baillie asked the court for a six-week adjournment to compile evidence against the four.
He said the brief of evidence against Kherhhah was not yet compliant, and told the court photos and records were still outstanding.
Magistrate Julie Soars adjourned the matters to July, and ordered the briefs to be served a week before.
The same orders were given in Anvar, Connors and Fletcher's cases.
Fletcher was the only one granted bail in Tamworth court after the four were arrested in March, and Ms Soars ordered her bail to continue. Anvar and Connors remain in custody.
Defence solicitor Garry Johnston indicated he was considering submitting a bail application for Connors but ultimately decided not to progress.
The accused, who allegedly have links to Sydney and Inverell, were arrested when the Oxley Proactive Crime Team spotted a Toyota Tarago parked with the motor running, while patrolling for break-ins.
Police said the car was parked in Aberdeen Street, near Gunnedah Road, about 11.30pm on March 22, with no-one in the driver's seat.
Police spoke with Anvar, Connors and Kherhhah and searched the car, where it's alleged $71,000 in cash, as well as 143g of methylamphetamine, or the drug ice, was uncovered.
The three were each charged with dealing with suspected proceeds of crime; taking part in the supply of drugs; and participating in a criminal group.
Fletcher was the alleged driver of the Tarago and is charged with dealing with the suspected proceeds of crime.
The four co-accused will go back to court in July.
