The senior and open teams finished with one win and two losses from their three matches but it could have been different.
The senior side lost one of their matches by just one point while the open side also lost a close one.

"In the last game against Zone 13, they [North West] were in front with three ends to go but got beat," Zone 3 Bowls president Ian Bannister said.
They also lost to eventual winners Newcastle (Zone 2) in the opener.
Newcastle beat Illawarra, 64-49, in Saturday's final at South Tamworth to claim their first title since 1995.
Meanwhile, North Coast won the seniors title on Wednesday. They also beat Illawarra.
Bannister said the tournaments - that were played at South Tamworth, Tamworth City and West Tamworth bowling clubs - were a great success.
"Everyone was happy with the greens and everything else," Bannister said,
"I got a lot of good feedback. Everyone was happy with it - except for the minus two [degrees] on Monday morning."
Zone 3 will now look toward the Bowls NSW Singles Championships.
Sectional play will take place around the zone this Sunday followed by the Zone 3 finals the following weekend.
The zone finals will be played at Inverell Sporties on June 5 and June 6.
