Player-coach Clarrie Barker said the side carried on from where they left off against Gunnedah.
"I think we carried the momentum that we got from the win against Gunnedah last weekend onto this weekend," he said.
"As a coach I was pretty impressed with hthe whole team, it was very much a team win.
The Nomads will be tested once again this Saturday when they face the Tamworth Kangaroos for round five.
The Roos are sitting second on the table and Barker is expecting a battle.
"This will be the first time time we have played this year," he said.
"We are not too sure what to expect but we we know we have to bring the heat and compete all day.
"No matter what team we play, the league is growing so well, it is becoming more of a high standard throughout the league which is really good.
"So you can't go into a game expecting it to be easy so you have be on right from the start."
Barker said he will "have a few selection headaches this week" with "a group of nearly 30" to choose from.
The game also marks Tom Hunt's 100th game for the Nomads.
