MOST people end Easter Sunday with a full belly and an absurd amount of chocolate sitting around the house, but for Jean Simpson it ended it in hospital.

Still recovering in a Tamworth ward, she was visiting Barraba over the long weekend earlier this month.
When Ms Simpson was walking back to her van she fell 1.5m into a culvert.
Suffering an injury to her shoulder, which she has since required surgery on, she began calling out for help and was quickly rescued by three strangers who were walking nearby.
The two young men and woman, rushed to help the 68-year-old.

She said one of the men ran to the hospital to get help, and an ambulance arrived soon after.
Given the flustered state Ms Simpson was in, she has since forgotten the names of the three good Samaritans that prevented her from rounding out her Easter Sunday stuck in a ditch on the side of a road.
As her long road to recovery continues, she has gone public with her ordeal from her hospital bed in order to deliver a heartfelt thank you to the trio.
"It was just a bloody good thing for them to come to my attention and then to stay with me," she said.
"Most young people don't get enough credit and I just wanted to thank them."
