The fortuitous circumstance of the Tigers being encamped in Tamworth this week meant the occasion was given a generous helping of added star power.

The Your Local Club Road to Regions targets regional and remote areas of Australia in order to support and empower rugby league communities.
Through the support of NRL clubs, this week-long initiative will see both former NRL stars and current NRLW players take part in a broad range of community visits at eight regions across Australia.
The tour includes targeted educational programs at schools, visits to junior rugby league clubs and participation in local community events.
