Rachael Murray rode the five-year-old to an easy win in the Cathy Brennan Memorial Super Moto Benchmark 50 Handicap (1440m).
Smooth Factor won by two lengths over Date and Jonesy who fought it out for second.
It was the gelding's first win in over 12 months and Fleming is now eyeing off races at Tamworth and Quirindi.

"I think the horse has matured since then [last win] and I'd like to get him over a bit more ground as well," Fleming said.
"Next start will ideally be over a mile then I'll try and find a race over 1700-1800 metres and see how he goes.
"I think he'll run out 2000 metres, especially now he's more mature."
Fleming also said it was "really nice" to win the race named in honour of an old friend.
"Cath was a wonderful person. It was a privilege to win that race," Fleming said.
