Jono Middlebrook's message to his young charges before their last game of the NICC under 11s competition will be unchanged from what he's said the rest of the year.

"Just have fun. Roll the arm over and have a bat," he said.
Gunnedah will be searching for their first win when they take on Moree on Sunday at Ron Harborne Oval in Moree.

This season has served as a development year for the under 11s side who have improved immensely over the five rounds.
"The kids are going well. They're a very young team. There's a lot of players with another two years in there," he said.
"I reckon they'll go well in a couple years time."
Middlebrook - who coaches the team alongside Dan Martin - came on board to help out however he can.
"Dan has helped a lot with the coaching. He's been very handy to have there and his young bloke plays as well," he said.
Middlebrook's nine-year-old son Oscar also plays in the side. Coaching meant Middlebrook could watch his son follow in his footsteps.
"I was brought up playing cricket. It's just a good game to be a part of."
