For the first time, councillors had nothing to say about an extension of WaterNSW's powers to operate Chaffey Dam pipeline.
NSW Water Minister Melinda Pavey has extended WaterNSW's management until November 21, 2021.
There was no discussion among councillors about the management of the pipeline on Tuesday night, despite the fact that TRC has pushed for ownership and management of the pipeline for months, and is still in discussions with WaterNSW about the long-term plan.
At the last meeting councillor Glenn Inglis made comment that state bureaucrats had highlighted TRC's complaints about the way water security was being managed.

The new authorisation means the pipeline can be operated when Chaffey Dam water levels are below 20 per cent for the purpose of maintenance, tests or flushing.
There will be two reviews of the operation by February and October next year.
Manilla's freedom caravan park will also receive a new wastewater dumping point, which is hoped to bring more grey nomads and visitor's to the town.
The motion was unanimously approved by the councillors.
