Police are appealing for public assistance to find Joseph Kennedy who is 22 years old.
He is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Straight Islander appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build with light brown hair and brown eyes.
He is wanted for an outstanding arrest warrant for domestic violence offences.
He is known to visit Walgett and Tamworth.
