After finishing the inaugural minor premiers, Flames capped off an undefeated season with a 2-nil triumph.
Kate Mackay was adjudged the player of the grand final while Services' Liz Thomas was named the competition best and fairest.

In the men's grand final South United overturned a one goal half-time deficit to roll minor premiers Kiwi Diggers in what was a very closely fought encounter.
Souths were first on the board but Kiwis fought back to lead 3-2 at half-time.
But Souths rallied in the second half, scoring two unanswered goals to claim the spoils 4-3.

Adam Straub netted a double for Souths while Greg O'Brien led the way for Kiwis.
For both clubs victorious clubs the attention now turns to the weekend's grade grand finals with both to feature heavily.
