At 11.30 am on Sunday the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to Moree with reports the 23-year-old have sustained a serious injury.
After landing the medical crew drove by road ambulance to the scene.
She was treated at the scene and prepared for transportation, before being airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital .
