The Northern Inland Football Premier League season will be played over 14 rounds in 2020 after a draw was finalised this week.

The 14-round season will mean each of the eight sides will play each other twice before finals.
The final round of the regular season will be played on October 10 before a shortened finals series.
The shortened finals format means there will be no second chances with a two-week finals series to be played.

The top four teams will go through to the finals with first playing fourth and second playing third for a spot in the grand final.
"All eight teams have put their hands up to enter both first and reserve grade teams. It will be a 14-round home and away season," NIF operations manager Toby McVey.
The 2019 premiers, Tamworth FC, will kick-start their title defence against South United FC.
Meanwhile, Oxley Vale Attunga will clash with Gunnedah FC and Quirindi FC will host North Companions in round one matches.
The final match of the opening round on July 4 will see two newcomers, Moore Creek and Kootingal, go head to head.
