The local Heart Foundation walking group has been on hiatus during the COVID-19 crisis, but are meeting up for a socially-distanced walk and talk again this week.
Group coordinator Robyn Barton said the crew usually meets up twice a week for the physical and mental benefits that go with walking and socialising.
"You get all the benefits of walking but the social benefits are just as important - and the coffee afterwards," Mrs Barton said.

"The benefits of walking are to promote a healthy heart, and protect from other diseases like Alzheimer's, and the mental health benefits are important too."
Mrs Barton has been a member of the group for close to a decade.
Although she said she's continued walking everyday, she's looking forward to catching up with the group.
"I remained in contact with all of the others throughout this, and I made a buddy system when it all started to make sure everybody is okay," she said.
Mrs Barton said the easiest way to get involved with the Tamworth Trekkers is to visit the Heart Foundation website and enter your postcode.
The Tamworth walking group meets at Bicentennial Park, at the bottom of White Street, at 9am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
