POLICE have charged five people after a brawl allegedly broke out at a house party with 100 guests.

New England Police District officers visited the house party on Adelaide Street in Moree after several noise complaints were received.
The owner of the home was spoken to and served a noise abatement direction.
But, a short time later police were called back to the Adelaide Street address about 12:30am on Sunday after reports of multiple brawls between partygoers.
Officers tried to disperse the crowd of close to 100 people in the front yard, when police claim guests assaulted them, threw glass bottles at them and their vehicles.
It was then that police pepper sprayed guests and four people, two men aged 22 and 26, and two women aged 38 and 35 were arrested and taken to Moree Police Station.
The 22-year old was charged with refusing to comply with directions, affray, assaulting a police officer causing actual bodily harm, three counts of assault officer in execution of duty, possess prohibited drug and possess car-breaking implements.
The 26-year-old man was charged with assault officer in execution of duty, resist officer in execution of duty, and affray.
Both men were refused bail and appeared in Moree Local Court on Sunday.
The 35-year-old woman was charged with affray and violent disorder. She was granted conditional bail to appear before Moree Local Court on August 28.
After further investigation, the 38-year-old woman was released.
Two hours later about 2:20am, police patrolling the street claim they witnessed a fight break out between two other men.
The pair, aged 29 and 23, were arrested and taken to Moree Police Station.
Police claim they were told the older man allegedly drove his car toward the younger man and stopped in front of him.

The driver then allegedly got out of his car and a fight broke out between the two men who are known to each other.
Both were charged with common assault and the older man was charged with reckless driving.
The pair were granted conditional bail to appear before Moree Local Court on August 28.
A male constable sustained facial bruising during the incident and the police vehicles sustained minor damage.
Investigations into the matter are continuing.
