Officers from Oxley Police District's Proactive Crime Team (PCT), established Strike Force Catkin in April to investigate the supply of prohibited drugs in the Tamworth area.
Following inquiries, officers executed a search warrant at a home on Robert Street about 1pm on Thursday.
Police located and seized cannabis, unauthorised prescription medication, drug paraphernalia, cash and mobile phones.

Charges are expected to be laid as inquiries continue.
Oxley Police District's Crime Manager, Acting Inspector Jason Darcy said people who may have information on the supply of prohibited drugs in the Tamworth area are urged to come forward.
"We want to get prohibited drugs off our streets and will continue to target those who supply drugs in our community," he said.
