Reflections Holiday Parks at Copeton and Keepit are both open for business while campers will also be able to stay at the Bowling Alley Point Recreation Reserve at Chaffey Dam.
Steve Semple, acting secretary of the Bowling Alley Point Recreation Reserve Trust - who maintains the reserve - said a number of people had been eager to camp at Chaffey.
"There would have been nine people [on Monday] who called to ask if we'll be open for the long weekend and prior to that I was getting up to nine phone calls a week," Mr Semple said.

Trust president Andrew Brown said "it was a positive" for campers to have a place to go for the long weekend but also had some reservations about reopening.
He called on campers to "maintain hygiene in the bathrooms", while Mr Semple asked for visitors to stick to COVID-19 guidelines.
"We do have a caretaker up there that cleans the toilet blocks once to twice-a-day," Mr Semple said.
"We have an honesty box [to pay for entry] and rely on people being honest. We can keep our toilet blocks clean for those that want to go primitive camping."
Reflections Holiday Parks CEO Steve Edmonds was "pleased to return to normal operations" and said changes had been made to manage the risk of COVID-19.
"Visitors to our holiday parks and community reserves will naturally see changes as we continue to manage the risk of COVID-19 to keep everyone safe, but we are looking forward to showcasing and supporting our regional NSW communities once again," he said.
Other than social distancing and abiding by government protocols, the parks will have limits on the number of people in enclosed places - such as reception and camp kitchens - while some park facilities will also be closed.
