Sinclair said: "It's nice to win a race wherever you go, whether it's picnics or professionals."
He added: "I'm pretty lucky. I've got a really good team working with me - and it's a credit to them: this is the best season we've ever had."
Sinclair won the 1400-metre Mallawa Picnics Maiden Picnic Plate (Ah Well), the 1200m Moree Picnics Class 2 Trophy Handicap (Mywill) and the 950m Talmoi Open Picnic Trophy (Beacon).
Saturday's result is a continuation of a purple patch Sinclair has been having at his home track. In November, he had a career-best five winners at Moree.
Earlier this year, he trained four winners at back-to-back meetings there.
"It's a good day, to have a meeting for the amateur jockeys, who don't get to ride as often," Sinclair said of Saturday's meeting.
"And to catch up with Ricky Blewitt, who rode three winners for me, and Ash Boyd: he rode great."
Sinclair said "it's great to have that meeting for that standard of horse ... that can't perform at Scone or Tamworth or those places".
