Transport for NSW said the damage is expected to be fixed on June 12, but will update motorists on any changes.
A signposted detour will remain in place for heavy vehicles, generally adding between five and 10 minutes to journeys, according to Transport for NSW.
The detour is via South Street, River Street, Higgins Avenue, McDonald Street, Rangari Road and Charles Street in Manilla.
The organisation thanked people for their patience while repairs are carried out, and reminded traffic to always drive to the conditions.
