The trio allegedly broke into a Bradley Street business at 9.40am on Sunday, May 17.
Police claim they left empty-handed after an alarm was activated.
New England police last week undertook an investigation into the crime.
On Wednesday, they arrested a 32-year-old man at a home on Malpas Street at about 12.40pm.
He was charged with aggravated break-and-enter in company with intent to steal. He was refused bail to appear at Armidale Local Court on June 15.
On Friday, they arrested a second man at a home on Ebor Road, as well as an 18-year-old woman at a home on Malpas Street.
The second pair were charged with aggravated break-and-enter in company with intent to steal. They were granted conditional bail to appear at Armidale Local Court on Monday August 10.
